Obvious Trolls not getting banned. I like that this site is not the official site so the trolls would have to work a little harder to find it. Delete all links on the AFMB and just PM invite. (I hate the smilies on here and the fact you can't just click back though.)

Definitely the game day server crashes.
The Ads of recent taking up half the screen.

I really do not approve of a couple of Mods there, who often let their emotions (or liquor) get the better of them in their decision making. Seeing rival fan trolls waltz in there, spew their garbage, and nothing would ever be done about it. But yet they dont hesitate to pull the trigger on Falcon fans - many of which have been there for years - who step out of line. That just isnt right. There is obviously a lot of favoritism going on there, and you cant do that if you're a moderator of any message board.

The Rules there arent really straight-forward nor are they always enforced as outlined. Some people seem to get away with anything, while others get the axe if they so much as sneeze too loud. The one thing I respected about the Bucs board is they kept Rule enforcement very tight and organized - there was not much lee-way, and they would let you know when you're about to cross the line via PM message, to at least give you a chance to sit back and take a breath and chill. At least you always knew where you stood. On AFMB you're just gone with no explanation, no warning, nothing. I just felt like I was constantly walking on egg-shells. It wasnt comfortable, or pleasant, and I think that reflected in a lot of my posts. That's just what I think.

Biggest problem? I can't keep up with it. I mean I took a couple of years off and when I come back some of my favorite posters are gone.

I mean I make a golden comment about DKB getting beat up at Waffle House by Kid Rock and no one gets it.... its just not fair.

The crashing AFTER the game, the skinny screen, the fact that a troll would literally get like 3,000 posts before he was banned, the banning of good posters. That's all I can think of right now

All the really stupid threads, because people don't take time to look what has been posted before, and then get upset that people actually point out a previous thread.

This. The moderation over there sucks. Some of the mini mods think insulting a mini mod (even by legitimately questioning their decisions or actions) is a much greater offense than trolling or dealing out personal insults, etc. Bans are not evenhanded and are typically given to the wrong person. It's like football where the 2nd hit gets flagged, but unlike football, they could take the time to read the entire damn thread and figure out what happened.

When it is pointed out what happened, see the first issue regarding questioning moderation decisions.

There are a lot of other issues over there, but the biggest problem with the boards now is rank trolling and bad behavior is allowed but responding in kind is punished. An awful lot of really good people just don't post there anymore, and the good ones that are left get drowned out by the noise.

my sentiments exactly. Outside of his Bill Hicks quote, the guy needs to stay away from any AF forum, let alone moderate it.
