So do I, but my problem with game days and a crowd is I have to MAN the damn thing, usually after a late start with a charcoal fire. Can't tell ya how many kickoffs I've missed in the past flippin' burgers and dogs. NO MORE! Stove top and/or crock pot only on Sundays!

Same here.. in the past.. I start early now.. its been workin fairly well last year and this year so far.

Yeah, I agree w/that. I have the perfect living room/porch to help w/that problem, but I kid you not... we have a 13" tv in that room @ the moment. lol... The bigger tv is in the front LR, so I watch there or in my bedroom. When my wife gets back to work for a while, we're going to fix that problem, and I can easily see wiring some sound outside so I can hear as well as see. But for now, we do the same... stovetop, crockpot or sometimes oven on gamedays. Btw... we do charcoal, too. Gas eliminates some of those timing issues, but I'm not w/Hank Hill on the whole propane love. Undecided

Oh yall are putting my to shame. This week will be a burger and dog week for me. Maybe some potatoe salad and cole slaw and bbq. Week 4 is what I'm looking forward to; ribs.
