Power Rankings don't mean anything. Last year in high school, my cross country team wasn't ranked in the top 10 pre-season after finishing 2nd in 2008. Right before the state championship meet, we were predicted to finish 4th. Guess what? We won. We dominated and won the state championship. Same with the NFL, rankings mean NOTHING.

Michael Lombardi
does he not like us or is he just stupid? this is my first time seeing him or paying attention to him and the main reason is because of his ranking for us out of all the NFL teams...
everyone else gave the Falcons 13 (mostly 10 and up) or better but not Lombardi, he feels like we deserve a nice #16 on the charts and i just cant understand why? mainly because the vikings are higher!!! check these rankings if you havent seen them on NFL.com yet http://fanrankings.nfl.com/results/experts |

Thank you for posting that. I now know that I will NEVER follow NFL network in relation to anything rankings wise. We beat the Saints IN THEIR HOME, and are still ranked behind them. STUPID. Bengals and Dolphins both ranked ahead of the Falcons? Are you on freaking crack? How do these people have jobs.
