CB Dunta had better not make a beginner mistake of failing to tag a runner down like he did in the Pitt game!!!

Ryan NEEDS to throw to other receivers more, both HARRY Douglas and Weems caught everything thrown at them, they need it more!!!

If the Defense plays like I saw in the Pitt game, then Cards will be lucky to score 10 pts.

First home game of the Year, coming off hard loss...with people questioning them.....Homer pick.....

Falcons 34
Cards 10

Ignorance can be educated.....Stupidity is to the bone.

Personally...I usually don't put a whole lot into one game..but this game will be a huge "tell" for me. If they come out dead with no passion...I won't know what to think.

QFT! If they come out flat this week - after the heart wrenching loss in Pitt and the even bigger heart wrenching loss in Arizona - I'll be left to restructure my entire view of this team.

If this game isn't motivation for that team to come out like a freaking freight train - there will never be a game that "wakes" them up - in my opinion.

I want to see those Talons ripping those little red feathers to shreds! Seriously!

--------------------------

Three things need to happen here for this to be effective:

1.) Ryan needs to use his check down options better, and stop focusing so much on one receiver
2.) Mularkey needs to at least TRY and go deep a few times to keep the defense honest
3.) Ryan needs to improve on his accuracy, while the receivers need to not drop so many passes

WR Henry Douglas: With Roddy White getting a lot of attention after being targeted on 23 passes last week, Douglas, who's coming back from a knee surgery, should see some single coverage. Against the Steelers, he caught all three of the passes that came his way, including a 23-yarder, the team's longest play from scrimmage.

HENRY!?! ARE YOU SERIOUS!?! D-Led, you are our sports beat writer and you don't even know your own players names! What is wrong with you? I agree that HARRY should see more passes thrown his way. When you show you can catch the ball, you give your quarterback confidence in knowing that you will be there waiting to pull in his next pass.

good to see you here HART!

i wonder was D'Led watching the same Dunta play that i was? i was NOT impressed much at all. hope he works off the rust quickly!

Chew on THAT, Petunia!

I wanna see a pizzed off oline blowing azzes off the ball. If I was on that oline..I'd be madder than Rosie O'Donnel in a sausage factory.

Against the Cards, I think the D will handle their O, but Turner and Ryan have got to step it up and show us the hype they've been getting.
