Weatherspoon
Now this is the game were Weatherspoon should be in the running for rookie of the week. This would be great to see for him this season. He need a little love from the network.

RE: Weatherspoon
I love Spoon, but dude has missed like half the season and Suh is ALREADY the best 43 DT in the league and playing like it. There's a better chance of Smitty being upfront and honest about the injury report than it is for Spoon to get ROTY.

EDIT: I FAIL. I see now you said WEEK not year. My bad. Yeah, I hope he can show out this week too.

RE: Weatherspoon
I'm anxious to see him make some plays in coverage, and pick off Clausen possibly.

He was touted as a great pass coverage LB(coming out of college) that is a playmaker with his hands. This is his chance to show it vs. Clausen and the Panthers...

[Image: 2menybt.jpg] Invest in the trenches with high draft picks and we will see both sides of the ball vastly improve.

RE: Weatherspoon
Yep, I hope he does show out against the Panthers. To be honest, his pass coverage and tackling have left a lot to be desired, but this would be a great time to get back on track. He hasn't started any game since coming back from injury, so if he starts Sunday, it should be a great sign that he is back to 100%.

RE: Weatherspoon
We need to send him on more blitzes. Him and Moore have a knack for it.
