We are still 1st in the NFC South
We own the tie-breaker vs. the Saints.

Today sucked in a sickening way, the way that we got beat down. And we can kiss 15-1 down the drain.

We're going to get ripped by the media tomorrow (Peter King, Jamie Dukes, Deion Sanders, others...)

I usually look forward to reading the Monday analysis articles, Tuesday Power Rankings, etc. the rest of the week, but I probably wont bother much this week.

It's going to be a long week til next Sunday. Hopefully we can get some payback against the Bengals at Home. But Im a little concerned about Lofton and Dunta's injuries. I think it's pretty clear that Dunta suffered a concussion so he may not be allowed to play. Lofton's gotten kind of banged up. Will we get back Weatherspoon?

As bad as it seems at least we are not 1-4 like the Cowboys.
I say there's really not much left to say after today. Everything failed from Mularkey, to BVG, to Special Teams, to Mike Smith, Matt Ryan, Sam Baker....on and on and on and on...

I say let's tell jokes instead. We have a funny joke thread in Anything But Football. It might help liven the mood a little.

Good point. We need to see a different team next week, but we would hit playoffs at this point.

Luckily we still got to play teams like TB and Carolina twice, Seattle and St Louis, a beat up GB team. Then our tough opponents are Cincinnati, Baltimore, and NO @ home. Sounds pretty good to me

The Bengals have looked bad. I hate to overlook a team, but Carson Palmer has been terrible. Their great defense (last year) has let a number of teams put up big numbers against it.

I ain't buying that shit right now....

I know that the Bengal offense is a helluva better than the 49ers or the Browns. We struggled to beat both of those teams.
