Thats a good question because from what I remember of Paypal they charge some interest per transaction.
Dont worry about it. I can easily put $10 per month into the fund. That's $120 per year from me. Money well spent as far as Im concerned, and I can afford that.

I don't know, the money is going to Phocis. He'd have to be the one to answer that question.
