I think he is good. I think the Vikings just gave up on him too fast.

He had all offseason to impress the coaching staff and his teammates. Its telling when your own teammates bail to go get Favre out of his EZ chair.

Let's be real.. it didn't matter what he did in pre-season, after last year, if Favre said he was going to play, he was the starter. Childress didn't have the balls that McCarthy did when the Packers put their foot down and said Rodgers was the starter.

I don't really know how anybody impresses anybody in offseason.

Tavaris Jackson has played well in the regular season. He's shown he can play. I think he is finally going to get a chance now.
