Yep screw him, he betrayed us, he betrayed his team, his coaches and the owner. I still hate him to this day and can't believe there are still Falcons fans rooting for him.

I'm not even talking about the dogs. I'm talking about the "franchise" player not even watching film or caring or even trying to get better. I used to get killed on the official boards for begging for a true open competition between Vick and Schaub. Looks like I was once again right. If Schaub had a chance he would still be here and we could have traded Vick for a mountain of draft picks.

RE: Vick to Mora: ‘There Was Nothing You Could Do, Jim’
At the dome yesterday I had a woman with a vick jersey in front of me and a dude behind me that was cursing Ryan on every play... yelling that we need to bring vick back on every incompletion. IT'S SO ANNOYING!! Atlanta has a long way to go before we rid ourselves of these fake falcons fans.

RE: Vick to Mora: ‘There Was Nothing You Could Do, Jim’
More power to him.. whatever... get well soon. But I'm sorry that whole interview pissed me off. All that it did was give us something of a inside look into the circus that was our team at that time.
Did you hear the key phrase " we had no idea that he was involved in dogfighting to the extent that he was' in Mora's fake ass 60 Minutes moment when they previewed the interview? Or how about Mora commenting to Mike on how they lived in the same neighborhood (Sugarloaf) and he always saw the free-for-all that was his STAR QB's lifestyle? We can't blame Mora for Vick's choices but what we can blame Mora is for not manning the fuck up and not bringing the heat on his players. If Arian Foster can get benched for missing a damn meeting then Mora could at the very least done something to try and bring order to that bullshit beyond kissing homeboy on the forehead in the tunnel like he was his only child coming back from the war. I mean truthfully... Mora really had the nerve to act like he FINALLY just found out about the fate of those DVDs. Again I don't blame Mora for MV7's choices but I do severely dislike his cowardly coaching style. Let's think about it like this. I'm sure Walt Disney did the best that he could to cover up some of his star player's indiscretions. But what about the rest of the team? I can see now why Mora didn't last in Seattle either. |

Place was spotty at best.. Club level was half empty.. Until we get an outdoor stadium its always gonna suck in the dome.. i HATE going inside on a crisp fall day.. |

RE: Vick to Mora: ‘There Was Nothing You Could Do, Jim’
Wow, some of yall need to move on. You have to be an extremely petty individual to hold a grudge against a former player, someone you dont even KNOW, for this long. Yeah, he fucked up. News Flash: everyone does! He was stripped of his accolades, dignity, respect, income, and freedom. Yet you still want to hate the guy.
That doesnt even go into how retarded I think it is for people to even care what some athlete or movie star does in their personal life. Do you watch them for how well they play/sing/act or are you some girly star worshipper who idolizes them because their famous? This idea that anything a famous person does in their personal life even makes a difference is completely foreign to me and makes zero sense. You dont know these people. You dont know the specifics of their personal lives. God help us if any of you are ever in a position to affect other peoples lives directly based solely on your personal judgements. The next thing I expect to hear is you hope Vick burns in hell. Disgusting. |
