That injury Vick has - there is no way he can possibly play. I dont see how he could possibly throw the ball without pain on every throw. His balls would have no zip, not as accurate, and I think Grimes and DeCoud would have an INT field day against him.
If he plays I think it would be a situation where he was very limited in practice and then takes a shot in order to play Sunday. Has Vick gotten to the point where he can miss practice and still come out and be as dazzling? The Vick I remember had a serious change in his ability to play if he tried to play injured but that guy wasn't a good passer either so who knows?

At least we still have a few d-linemen on the team from when Vick was here, (Abraham and Babineaux), so we have people on the defense that have a good idea of Vick's speed from personal experience instead of just on film.

Also I wonder if McClure and Finneran have any insights that might help the defense since McClure and Finneran played with Vick the entire time he was with the Falcons.

GEAUX Falcons!!!!

Philly traded away a potential HOF'er so they could start Kolb.

Kolb is no slouch.

I'm thinking that was a grave mistake, but I digress.

Glazer does look like an MMA reject, but he's pretty good at his job so I'm guessing the info. is accurate.

Kolb is a tremendous slouch. His own team lost confidence in him and even put out feelers for trades for him, and then kept him benched when he was healthy to return.

Read this snippet from PFW:

"I have seen Kevin Kolb enough — he is a bust. They needed (Michael) Vick big time. If you watch 7-on-7 and one-on-one drills, Kolb looks good. When you get the other 11 coming after him, he does not read, he locks on, he does not have accuracy. He follows players with his eyes, does not move his feet and then he throws it. Throw the Green Bay game on and he was awful. He got knocked out in the first half, and Vick came in and almost brings them back."

Tough enough? Sorry, but Vick milks injuries like Mathis milks Rosebud
