I may be the lone voice here but good for Vick and dont totally blame him for the 2006-2008 situation.(the FO is as much to blame as him).
With that said, I dont care who we play but i want to play and beat the best. If thats the Eagles then I hope we abuse an destroy them down to the emergency QB and Kicker. Set a record for most points scored in a game and least yards given up |

Anyone who wears a Falcons Vick jersey to the dome and cheers for the Eagles should die in a fire.

It's ok to wear a Vick jersey. Just don't cheer for the Falcons. Cause you are not a Falcons fan.

Ive seen plenty of people wearing No. 7 vick, 4 favre , 21 sanders, 83 crumple, and Ive even seen A bob christian jersey this year all cheering for the falcons. All fans. You guys are ridiculous. The players are required to wear uniforms not the fans. Our only requirement is to be fanatics for our team.

The Falcons have yet to recoup the audience and the money lost when Vick's imprisonment took this team back to square negative one. Even now, with an unprecedented three-year run and a quarterback in Matt Ryan who has led Atlanta to two playoff appearances in three seasons and is a blossoming star, there are empty seats and fans who will never come back because Vick is gone.

Every game has sold out the last three seasons. Whether there were empty seats or unsold seats is up to someone not me. But there hasn't been a blackout during this wonderful ride the last 3 years without,...Vick. The NFL cannot resist this possible thing,...the prodigal son comes home and kicks his former team's ass in the playoffs. This was obvious three weeks ago where it was headed. Vick fans are Vick fans. I just wish if they are real Vick fans then wear a green #7 jersey or it's a little like rubbing in the face to wear a red jersey? Like the poster who blamed Falcons management or suggested they were just as much to blame?LOL! Amazing stuff.

Wearing a jersey is showing support for that player/team. Wearing a jersey of an opposing team's player is supporting the opposing team. Supporting the opposing team/player over the home team makes you not a fan of that team. Pretending to support the home team while rooting against them is absolutely disgusting as a fan. |

Our only requirement is to be fanatics for our team.and wearing the jersey of a player who will most likely be competing against us in the playoffs is not being a "fanatic" for our team. This goes beyond him electrocuting and drowning dogs for sheer profit, it's simply the fact that he is our enemy. When you wear the jersey with his name on the back, to me it only means 4 things: 1) You really are a Falcon fan, you're just too broke to spit out another 60 bucks for another falcon jersey. 2) You think it's funny to piss off other fans who were hit with Vick's stupidity. 3) You hated the Falcons for not sticking with Vick after prison and you make it your sole duty to find Ookie's used jockstrap. 4) You beat up a guy for insulting your cousin who had a Vick jersey.
