The thing is TD has a payer pay slot that he wont go over ... If his paying slot for RT might be 5 mill a year \ but if Clabo agent is looking for 6-7 million... He is not going there.

Or we could use the money we would pay Clabo and grab a FA DE with it.

I mean... idk whats going on.. But i do think even tho Clabo is good...Iwould love to have him back but... We can find another RT if we need too.

I like your thinking on this. Wouldn't it be nice if we could know just how good that our guy's waiting in the wings are? It will be interesting to see how this plays out.
The idea of freeing (is freeing a word) up money for a DE sounds good to me.

I am willing to bet that he was one of their priorities, but the minute he told the FO the price, they decided that he wasn't one of their top priorities. If he wants to be a Falcon and stay with the team, then it will happen. He and his agent also have to be reasonable.
