while his 4.1 YPC is alarming, I think his level of inconsistency isn't as bad as you make it out to be when he's a top 5 leading rusher, 3 straight years of double digit TD's, and a human wrecking ball. Within the next two years I think we need to look into the draft to try and find a potential starter later on down the road, but it's certainly nothing to worry about. We have many other issues outside of our pro bowl back.

Well it just so happens that a WAY WAY WAY too early 2012 Mock draft has us taking LaMichael James out of Oregon for Turners replacement in the first round.
