Small little red bugs that if they get into you, itch like a motherfucker. Exposing someone to those things is torture to the nth degree. They're pretty much too small to see at a glance, you have to really look close to see them.

That's just silly. What extra information does he have to be confident about? It's just his opinion and just a guess at that. He never offers up anything of substance. In fact, I've read some analysis by you that is far and away more substantial than anything I've ever heard him offer up regarding any team.
