People forget we were one of the MOST HEALTHIEST teams throughout year and heading into playoffs. we played a Packer team without there RB and without there TE .. and we were demolished

Gut feeling were out of playoffs . Then alot more bashing occurs some fans start to turn more on this regimen leading up to 2012 season IMO is the year we make the chip run or start process all over

i remember the Philly game this year. we were totally demolished and embarrassed. see if i remember correctly about what happened after that...umm, let's see, seems i remember an 8 game winning streak? am i remembering right????? I dont' think there will be anything other than a 'we are NOT gonnna let that happen again' mentality all of next year.

as for picking records next year. i'm with Gritz for obvious reasons too.

who knows who we'll have on the team in spots that are opening up. who knows what changes our competition will make? who's gonna be healthy or not when we play them, will we be? i will say one thing. we damn sure better have some backups the coaches have confidence to put in if we're not healthy. (thinking of the lack of using sid and franks this year)

i think we can repeat as division champs next year. NO has a LOT of holes to fill as we do, Tampa is up and coming. I won't write off carolina with new coaches and a major team makeover coming, remember us in 08? i'll still be of the mind that 'any given sunday'. I'd bet the mortgage that NE and NO fans last year saw cleveland on their schedule and guaranteed themselves a win.....

This is my 1st post on the boards (thanks to Crankdatfalcon) and it's great to have somewhere else to share my passion and/or opinions regarding our Falcons.

One thing that jumps out at me immediately regarding next year's schedule is the fact that 12 out of our 16 games will be played in domes (8 homes games + Lions, Texans, Colts, Saints on the road) ! Depending upon WHEN we face the Bears and Seahawks, we have perhaps one of the best "weather" related schedules in the league. With that said, I say we go 11-5. Of course, a lot our future success does depend on what we do to improve during FA and the draft...Avoiding injuries, as always, will also be key.
