This weeks point spread..
Falcons favored by 6.5.. me find this way high.. a road game? vs a team thats fighting for a playiff spot? and we really never beat anybody by much.. ALOT of points to be giving.. If i was a betting man id take the Seahawks and the points

RE: This weeks point spread..
I think youd loose that bet. The Seachickens are OK. But they are beat up and not a huge threat, yes its outdoors in the north, be we win by at least 7. They have let awful teams hang with them.
I think The Saints are awesome and they do everything Legally and Morally |

RE: This weeks point spread..
Early lines are interesting. Before last week's game we were a 3 point favorite. I'm sure atl/car didn't surprise anybody. It must be the 40-burger Singletary fed them that moved the line that far.

RE: This weeks point spread..
I think it's a tad high, too. The spread may be based on their performance the last couple of games without WR's Mike Williams and Ben Obomahu. And if I'm not mistaken they should be getting the nose tackle Colin Cole back, too. By the nature of y'all's game plan you keep teams close and they should be able to do some damage with those big WR's to do their part in keeping it close. I'm thinking y'all take it 27-24.
But, with the weather they are expecting there's no guarantees. They have been sloppy with the ball and it will mostly likely be raining and around 40 degrees. Saints Fan Since 1967

Its too low.
In two of their last three home games they gave up 40 points each. They have one of the worst defenses and offenses in the NFL. |

RE: This weeks point spread..
The weather isn't a factor. We beat the Panthers in cold and we will be the Seahawks in cold.
I must be the only person that saw the teen temps here in ATL.

The rain would be the potential problem and that could affect either team. (12-16-2010 03:57 PM)Joker Wrote: I thought Seattle was always a tough place to play.. The way Qwest field was designed it is the loudest stadium in the league ... at least when the fans are into it. Note the overhangs.

RE: This weeks point spread..
there has been a lot of talk as to how seattle was a tough place to play in the past. this season they have been really struggling. 6.5 points i would have to take the falcons and give the points..................
