Dolphins played like crap.

We need next week to really test the 1st string.

Maybe so, but there was constant disruption with our line in the 1st Q. Henne only got better because no one got in his face.

Yep problem is our 2nd string was not, they need to be able to step in and not miss a beat. I know last night was not our true 2nd line, it was a mixture, but our backups have always worried me, you look at the pats and the Steelers, packers, they lose a starter, they can throw somebody right in and not miss a beat. thats where we need to get to. Our 1st string is perfect, but injuries happen, its the nature of the game sorry to say. Sad

What about belgrove/grave. Looks like he could mature in to some nice depth. I think he is ps material.

I think that's a bit of an exaggeration.

The Steelers would not be able to lose Troy Polamalu, James Harrison, Mike Wallace or Hines Ward, or someone like Casey Hampton or Aaron Smith and just keep rocking.

The Packers couldn't lose BJ Raji, Clay Matthews, Tramon Williams, Charles Woodson, Greg Jennings, or Josh Sitton and keep rolling.

The Patriots couldn't lose Wes Welker, Matt Light, Logan Mankins, Dan Coppen, Vince Wilfork, Devin McCourty, or Jerod Mayo and continue being great.

The Patriots would probably be able to adapt better than anyone else, but you'd see a drop off. Great players make great teams, and that's a fact.

We had 6 pro bowlers on offense so there's gonna be some kind of drop off. Despite some folks opinions we are an elite team.

Remember both ints by the back ups were inside the 20. The offense could move in the second string and the defense minus a couple of plays was not half bad.

RE: This just in............
thing is back ups in the regular season wont be playing with other back ups there will be first stringers in there too. i dont have a problem with any of the 2nd stringers filling in especially on the dline where we see the heaviest rotation.
