The “Same Ole Falcons” would have had a few losing seasons by now.
The “Same Ole Falcons” would have not been to the playoffs 4 of the last 5 years.
The “Same Ole Falcons” would not have a 56-24 (70% winning) record with a regime.
The “Same Ole Falcons” would not have won 2 NFC South Titles in the last 3 years.
The “Same Ole Falcons” would not have had the #1 seed 2 of the last 3 years.
The “Same Old Falcons” had never had back-to-back winning seasons.

[Aftermath]

No these are the new Falcons, the Falcons that win in the regular season but flop in the playoffs.
The Falcons that collapse in the second half in two consecutive home playoff games
The Falcons that always seem to have it there for the taking but never reach out and grab it
The Falcons that won 56 games over the last 5 years but have managed to only score a combined 17 points in the 2nd half of our last 4 playoff games.
The Falcons that squandered not 1 but 2 1st seed opportunities over the last 3 years.

I love my birds but this shit has got to stop.

I'm not so sure. I think we saw that we can be the better team, but stupid mistakes doomed us. We can complain all we want about Matthews roughing the passer and other questionable calls, but if we think this is going to happen, we just need to make sure we don't put ourselves in the situation for the calls to be made.

Im almost there with you man. Its annoying to see fans call them the Same Ole Falcons when its CLEARLY not.

Its annoying to call them out for not going to the SB since the NFC South started as if its some easy task. There have been strides made constantly every single year. It started out fast going from 2007 to 2008 but since then it has been slow and steady and you have the nerve to be upset.

We didn't get blown out. We went up against quite possibly the best overall team in the NFL and lost by ONE PLAY....lol

I'm so glad the lack of conviction from some of the fans are not in the lockerroom. We would never have a chance

Already made my request to shut my account down dude. I'd rather just keep in the loop on twitter read the locker pulse articles and the occasional article here. But frnakly I am tired of engaging with the few idiots on here who this place untennable. Its best I decide to now before I get colourful with my languge and start ripping into people on a personal level.

Its as though the team would be better off if they weren't successful until last year and this year. were atrocious the but improving the first few years in some some peoples eyes.
