Get rid of the entire system. This isn't high school. You shouldn't need to see positive reps to make you feel better about yourself. If you're afraid to post what you "really feel" on an anonymous message board out of fear of getting a negative rep point, you are pure weaksauce. |

I only give out +1s. I dont feel it necessary to dish out a -1.

Please give me all the bad negatives because I don't care what anyone thinks. When we have fun there's no need for this childish bs. We're 12-2,...let them play their games.

RE: Think Before You Give Somebody a Negative Rep
If you're gonna neg somebody, at least be man/woman enough to state why if not obviously obvious and handle the situation with the person if they are being reasonable. And don't start unfounded name calling, because that just breeds more drama and makes all you state later be taken with a grain of salt. Then the cliques start forming, because people don't handle the situation like adults. I just received my 3rd neg and I really felt it was unnecessary. But that's how the game go. I sent him a message and that's it. No running to "Uncle Payton". That's just being bitchmade.
