I don't know, Cunningham turned out to be pretty good in his twilight. It's not like Kolb is going to go to Hawaii anytime soon.

Vick has a stronger coach(like reeves), had/has a mentor in McNabb, Reid, and Dungy, a decent line, and he is not the team and has been humbled. So he might thrive there. Either way he is surely selling his self to a team as a starter

The thing is that Mularkey needs to have some gimmick (or his words: gadget) play in order to actually gain some yardage. Problem is a defense has so many chances to stop an ultraconservative offense. If the defense makes a mistake, we get 7 yards, not 7 points.

My bad it was the lions, Still it was a shot down the field right off the bat. We don't need gadgets for yardage, We just need yardage period and YAC. We suck at YAC.

Preaching to the converted. I made this point around the end of last season, and in the off season. Our YACs dropped like a rock. I would have to check them back out, but I think Gonzo, definitely Jenkins, and White had major drops, if not career lows, for their YACs.
