Maybe I've been ignoring him. Nevermind.

I can say that a lot of the mini mods lost a lot of "friends" when they were given a stick to wield and a job to do. It's a necessary evil on message boards. Some folks say that "It's my constitutional right to speak my mind on a message board! Freedom of speech!"

No it ain't.

I agree no one has the right to say anything they want anywhere they want, especially on a message board someone owns.

But I don't really pity anyone about losing friends because of their new responsibilities. If they were that concerned, no one forced them into the job. Necessary evil? Maybe, but not necessarily a certain persons to do.

I remember Sac used to protect people, too. Oh well, niether hardly posts there anymore so it's in the past.

I doubt one of those exists, bro.Tongue

Tru dat, Tony. But the fact is, SOMEBODY'S gotta do it. Without moderation, most (if not all), good boards would go to hell in a heartbeat, this one included. Why?

"It's my constitutional right to **** up these boards!"

No one here has really "Left" the AFMB. I am still there, as is Peyton and Tandy and others. We just felt we needed an alternative place to be able to post. It's not Mutiny, or Revolting. This is just somewhere for a lot of us who have had problems with AFMB to come discuss Falcon Football, without problems or having to walk on egg-shells with the Mods, or deal with trolls and haters all the time.

I personally have a problem with a certain Mod at AFMB that I feel is very unfair to certain long-time Falcon fans that he doesnt personally Like. He lets his personal emotions affect his job there, and I dont respect that at all. I also have a problem with a lot of people that just think im crazy or bi-polar, and they -1 me every time I post without even reading my posts. On top of all the latest changes to that board I just got sick of it. I dont need all that stress. I hate arguing with fellow Falcon fans all the time for no reason. I just needed somewhere different.

I am a lot more happier here. I am more calm and relaxed and not stressed all the time. I feel like I can post here and say my opinion without getting jumped on by 10 people at once. It's just a better atmosphere here for me.

It is only 'revolting' around here when we start posting pics of ourselves.

Thanks! It's nice to be back. I was permabanded by Sac and never got an explanation at all (Hal reinstated me early in the summer.) So I agree that there are some issues on the OMB. But I also agree that they are good folks trying to do a good job. I will continue to follow both boards. It is great to have choices.
