Rodgers completed 65% of his passes, threw for 3,922 yards, 28 TDs, and 11 INTs. Really, you haven't set the bar THAT high. I wouldn't be shocked if Ryan put up similar stats in his 4th year, potentially better.

Just wanted to stop back in here and point out that the Titans not only passed over their OC for head coach, they subsequently fired him after hiring Munch. And he has cancer and is undergoing treatment. So, he's probably not happy, as I pointed out.
