TMQ on the Falcons
link
I like the way this sounds... The Falcons' Cheer-Babes' New Short-Shorts Must Be the Explanation: Atlanta has won 12 of its past 14 games and occupies the inside track in its division. Just as Matt Ryan moved his team methodically down the field for victory in the final minute against Baltimore, taking over with 49 seconds remaining, he moved the Falcons methodically for victory against Green Bay. Atlanta does everything methodically. The Falcons are not flashy, they don't employ any distinctive tactics -- and they are winning close games against good teams. They finish plays and finish games, giving them a legit chance to take the NFC. |

RE: TMQ on the Falcons
What I really like is that this (along with the stat of Matty being 19-1 at home) is pretty much all people can say about us. We're not flashy, we're not showy, our players rarely go out and get in trouble (pretty sure Babs was the last). Our players just show up, put on their hard hats and go to work. And that's one of the reasons the media has so much trouble with doing Falcons highlights, they're looking for a lot of big plays, and we rarely have them. We don't need them, either.
