hmmmm....to keep it or to not keep it...I just don't know. I mean, I like it because well my rep says i'm awesome and who can really argue with that? Then on the other hand, I don't like it. It creates more work for me and the other mods(minus kibs lazy ass ) because people don't know how to have discussions with different opinions without going on a negging war. So I would say if people can quit being 8 years old and leave the reps alone, it would be fine. Personally I like the whole idea of keeping it and whoever engages in a neg war gets banned I love the idea of banning

If we keep it, I agree with those who say we should get rid of the negatives, and just keep the positive reps. It's a good middle ground and it will get rid of most of the problems associated with the system.

Keep the + dump the -. A hall of fame/ shame could be interesting for those top level and most out of the blue monkey's ass posts

Only for giggles and not for ridicule though. It could work in a place like this. Not in the other place though

This, pretty much. I might be lazy, but truthfully, there is no reason the board Administrators/Mods should have to monitor and "clean up" these stupid neg wars. Not to mention, fake accounts people create when they start happening.

I actually also like FullMetalFalcon's idea regarding a Hall of Fame/Shame, but that may only be 2 of us who think that would be funny/interesting.

I agree with having it, but not to make fun of people. For brilliant stuff like the old Morten Anderson thread that used to be on the other board, I think it would be great.
