I think he did both on that ball to Jenkins.

Agree..his weight distribution on his back foot I always pointed to that could be a problem as well..

I remember this throw he made vs Packers in 08' Roddy White running down sidelines wide open he had to wait for the girl throw by Ryan if that ball is on a frozen rope thats a TD and didnt allow the S to make play on Ryan

1:02 mark

The guy that called plays for NE this year is nothing special. He just had a special QB who played the best year of his career.

1)TD lack of understanding or finding explosive players he has not drafted one in 3 years we had a chance when we passed on Dez Bryant for a OLB ..Yea that really is going to help us in the long run there Dmitrofff ..lol

2) Mike Mularkey scheme .. 2 TE sets /lack of attempts down field. Lack of finding able to get his wrs into space. Route design

3) Matt Ryan arm . Matt Ryan is not Aaron Rodgers he will never be that great he will never have that kind of live arm to go out and wing it..Ryan is the proto typical wco quick decision QB . Kid is a winner but does not have the gun slinger mentality and does not fit his persona or his abilities .

Here's my problem with the 1st comment Swift,
Skipping on Bryant, and drafting Spoon WILL help us in the long run. In my eyes, those "explosive" playmakers, don't stay "explosive" forever, much less for long at all. We needed to get players that could be pieces to the puzzle for years.

Oh, and I'm still so sure you're not even a Falcons fan, you may as well root for whatever team the Falcons are facing each week. Jeez.

My exact point. You utilize the exception to the norm and point out any poor throw as "proof" of a weak arm when we've easily seen him throw two or three times that distance with perfectly fine accuracy.

You know, looking at that video, you can see he throws off his back foot a lot, even on balls that are complete.

If he gets that fixed, it's going to help him become much better on those deep balls. You can see a big difference in the zip when he doesn't do that.

You say you can point to numerous lack of arm strength throws but I bet you ignore all of those sideline, out route type of throws Ryan has made 3 years into his career. If you didn't know those are the toughest throws to make in the NFL. Like I said stop nit picking only to try and make your opinion look right.

Ryan throw

Aaron Rodgers throw ..

Yea but the OC really used his personnel well this year. He deserves some of the credit even though Brady is Brady so you are right in that regard. I'm not saying the OC is top notch but when your offense is working like that props has to be given top to bottom.

RE: TD interview on 790 the fan
The only problem with the throw was that it was late. You're an idiot if you think Ryan can't complete a 35-40 yard pass because of too much hang time. As if having a lower trajectory there would have improved it anyways. Fucking stupid argument anyways.

Pick bad throw by Ryan...
Pick good thrown by Rodgers...

HURR, SEE THE DIFFERENCE!

RE: TD interview on 790 the fan
I would love to hear this dude dale comment on the difference between Ryan and Rodgers throw ..It will be comical .. Since you might not know football dale that was basically the same call . Go route ..Both wrs broke coverage ..

Rodgers was able to get ball to wr on a rope

Ryan threw like a girl and got it picked off. He was late , he threw a terrible pass

and that what makes Rodgers great and Ryan good

Swift I even told you, you were nit picking and you still keep doing it. Like I said you won't acknowledge the numerous out routes and sideline throws Matt has completed thus far in his career. STOP nit picking. I'm not even saying Matt has one of the strongest arms in the NFL, just pointing out how slanted your opinion is.
