Sterger won't sue, as long as Brett Favre is suspended

I don't know if this counts as "threatening to sue" or "offering not to sue," but Phil Reese, public relations manager for Jenn Sterger, said on the Dan Patrick Show that he and his client would pursue no legal action against the NFL as long as Brett Favre gets suspended.
Sterger, of course, is the lady who is said to have received inappropriate voicemails from Favre, as well as inappropriate pictures.
Reese wants the NFL to act immediately. Dan asked if the NFL suspended Favre, would Sterger drop the whole thing. "If the commissioner suspends Favre and puts a program in place to prevent it from happening again ... 100 percent, Jenn would not pursue any litigation against Favre, against the Jets, against the NFL. Nothing. All she wants to do is clear her name. This is not about money," Reese said.
I hope that's true. From other comments I've read on the Internet, and emails I've received, I know a lot of people think Sterger's out for money.
Myself, I don't buy it, because one, she's not the one who made the story public to begin with, and two, I just can't imagine how she'd profit from this. I don't think there are a lot of book deals or Lifetime movie offers for ladies who have seen professional quarterback genitalia on a cell phone.
A few NFL media types more knowledgeable than myself have expressed doubt that Favre would be suspended.
I just want to see some kind of resolution soon. I have no idea why it's taken this long. If Favre did send the voicemails and pictures, he should be held accountable, just like anyone else. A woman has a right to go to work without dealing with someone's lewd digital come-ons.
And if he did nothing of the sort, then tell us that, NFL, and put the whole thing to bed. It's gone on too long already.
