So its not about brett but her demanda are suspend brett or else she will sue. The definition of sexual harassment is unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature that tends to create a hostile or offensive work environment.

That's irrelevant.

The employer makes the decision as to whether it is harassment or not as soon as she lawyered up the NFL lost. They don't want to fight and they probably don't want to settle. Lots of bad laundry to toss out. There is a culture of misogyny in the NFL. The league will not want the cat out of the bag. A trial will bring all that out.

Why don't you just call up the NFL and any folks handling the legal matters on this and tell them to just drop it then, since you obviously have the entire inside scoop on this.
