I find it amusing how it ALWAYS plays out the same from the peanut gallery on this kinda stuff.

Either the woman is a stupid slut whore cunt who is a sorry POS gold digger, or the guy is a perverted POS who should be sent to prison.

Seems somewhat stupid really, which is why I simply don't comment on either person in the matter. I find it hard to believe that every halfway attractive woman who goes after a guy on charges of sexual misconduct or harrassment is just some money grubbing whore looking for some airtime.

it is the way it transpired....I am not defending Brett on this one either....he probably did harass her....the question is...Why not bring it up at the time? No she waited for two years until he got a fat contract, then drug her feet some more trying to get money not to talk to the nfl head office....then when they called her bluff, she went to the office. Now she is saying she will sue if they don't do something....if that isn't money grubbing i don't know what is.

The right way to deal with Sexual harassment is when it happens.....if you can't get someone to stop by saying stop....then you take it to the next level right then.

Take the Big Ben case....she didn't wait...she immediately brought it up, never asked for money (at least that i could see - though there were rumors that Ben's agent tried to buy her off), but he got suspended....thoguh I think he should ahve done a little jail time for that one....he is a true tool.....

NFL is talking their time with this knowing Favre will be out of the NFL in a few weeks... If it was anyone else they would have been suspended pending a league investigation. I call it favrism.

I agree with this 100%. they'll drag their feet for four more weeks, he retires FINALLY and it goes away. I really can't see any court that would award her anything seeing that she waited over two years to even mention it to anyone. she's an attention whore, if not just an outright one. 'oh i won't sue if he's suspended' BS, what would she have done if he'd stayed retired this past season? NOTHING....he would have rode his lawnmower off into the sunset and no one would have ever known how small his lil weenie really is, at least not EVERYONE would know it.

I think she should take the satisfaction of knowing she's 'exposed his smallness' as gratification enough and just go away

Well in Big Ben's case it was the second case against him for the same conduct. They didn't do anything to him the first time, just said to watch it, and don't let it happen again. Why should the NFL do something to a player WITHOUT evidence or conviction against them?? This keeps a fanatic from lodging a charge against a player just before a big game in the hopes of taking them out to influence the game. The NFL will only do something when evidence is brought forward that would prove in a court of law that it actually happened.

Personally, I think, he did send it, but she got a laugh out of it for the most part and then someone who knew released the info and so she felt she had to "Take Action" to protect her reputation. She may also have been bribed and now needed more money, but since she waited 2+years to do anything, I don't really care if anything happened unless there was actual force involved.
