He lobs ball off back foot ball stays in air way to long . He also over compensates his lack of arm by trying to put air under ball thinking it will go further or drop and in all reality it doesnt work like that in the NFL ..maybe college but most corners and safety's get back in position This is a completely 100% dead serious question... Why are you not a football coach or in the FO of some football organization if you're so great at all this? I personally think it's because your job as a Mrs. Cleo 1-900 psychic allows you to work from your basement office & never have to change your underwear, but I could be wrong. No, seriously, why? |

It's like he was thinking "I didn't know receivers could do that!". I know it's probably just a dream but I think that's just a glimpse of what he could do for our offense. And for Swift, you can't deny that there would be no one better at turning the "bad throws" into big plays than Larry Fitzgerald. Im fine with bringing in Fitz he is a stud . He is a better gifted Roddy and would def upgrade the offense and would help greatly with the short comings of our QB . Now does TD have the balls to make such a move and give up draft picks + sign to a contract extension TD needs to either make a bold move somewhere cause I ask you who are the play makers he has drafted in 3 years ? you will reply he has not drafted a bona fide play maker so his best bet is to go out and trade for one since him and his scouting department do a poor job finding the play makers who can make the game changing plays on the field ![]() I'm delusional from our playoff loss against GB . RE: Pro Bowl... 5 stars
My thinking is that if Fitz becomes available we absolutely need to make the bold move. If we don't then we aren't truly serious about winning. There isn't more of a sure thing out there, not even close. You might get lucky and draft one but then again you might draft a dud, it's far from an exact science. With Fitz it is abundantly clear what you'll get - talent off the charts, a potential hall of famer, and a high character guy through and through. There simply is not a better fit for our team in all aspects. Just think of it, two world class receivers, no divas, that is an extremely difficult thing to obtain or develop and the opportunity may fall into our laps.

TD brought in Turner & Gonzo, doesn't matter that they're not drafted by him. He drafted Ryan, Lofton, Moore, Peters, Spoon, & he's made the decision to keep & start Grimes, Abe, Babs, Roddy, & several other great assets to this team. All of which are his decisions. Just because YOU think that 1st-3rd year starters are supposed to be the best of the best elite probowlers from day 1 doesn't make them any less talented & a part of 3 straight winning seasons, 2 playoff appearances, & 1 conference championship capped off by a 13-3 season. And just because we don't recognize one of his picks as an instant hall of famer already before any of them are even 24 years old, it doesn't mean he's doing a bad job. You make it sound like TD has put together some ridiculously horrible team or taken a team that was at the apex of eliteness & run it into the ground. You act like 3 years from crap to conference champion means this team is badly mismanaged & no credit is deserved for being so good after just 3 short years. Your nonsense here is so ridiculously childish, ignorant, & stupid that you have made yourself into THE communities' forum idiot. Don't you ever stop to think for a second that maybe talking football isn't your thing & that being the laughing-stock batshit crazy butt pimple of a community you participate in might suggest you're quite messed up in the head & you should stop? |

I agree but we shall take the wait and see approach to see if Fitz comes available and what asking price . It could be a 1st and next years first then are you willing to put all eggs in basket if that's the case if were building for the future will it be against our motto ![]() I'm delusional from our playoff loss against GB . RE: Pro Bowl... 5 stars
Let's place those eggs as far as I'm concerned. I would bet that whoever the two first round picks would be would not contribute as much as Fitz, and even if they did it would not happen for a few years. I just think that we are far enough along in the process that we have put ourselves in the position where a move like this is viable. This is one of those type of deals that can elevate a team to the next level and in my mind that is clearly where we are sitting. We have a good core, I don't see another opportunity to make such a huge impact on the team in one our greatest areas of need.

RE: Pro Bowl... 5 stars
Our performance on the field demonstrates that we have tallent on the field. These are pro bowl players against pro bowl players and our pro bowl players looked the best imo.

Some Pro Bowl stories you'll enjoy
The teams and staffs stayed at the Ilihani Resort on the west side of Oahu. It's pretty well removed from the attractions and distractions of Honolulu and most of the guys stayed on the resort property most of the time. Smitty hosted a happy hour there for the Falcons staff on Thursday night, scheduled from 5 to 6PM. It was still in full swing around 1 AM, when Smitty turned to one of his staffers and said, "Damn, I'd better win the game so I can afford this." (the coaches checks are $15K for the winning staff). By the time the 'happy hour' broke up around 3 AM, Coach needed a sizable portion of his game check to cover the tab.
Smitty wasn't the only guy concerned about a game check. When Belichick started using his times out in the last two-minutes, Ovie Mughelli got a little concerned since the winner's check is double what the losers get. So Ovie stood on the sideline and shouted full-throat across the field, "Hey Hoodie! Don't you go fuckin' with my money!" Drew Brees apparently wasn't excited about the times out either. I didn't see this on TV, but when Belichick called his second TO, Brees chucked the ball at him. |
