What really sucks is that direct tv continues to go up in price but their customer service continues to go down. Dish network is calling.

Hmm, I have Comcast cable and I have the NFL network and NFL Redzone in HD, I like the RedZone and the NFLN is getting better with their live game coverage, I still flip around tho.

I work for Comcast so I have all the channels for free. I still keep DirecTV around for the Ticket. I'm a glutton for TV.

Yup, I hate DirecTV. I had them about 5 years ago, and they were incompetent at every single step of their operation. I filed numerous complaints, and never got anything out of it. I will never use them again, and really, DishNetwork and UVerse have been a lot better in just about every imaginable way.

Droid X here, too. The NFL Superfan app is incredible.

I love WinMo but unless we start getting some Apps like this when WinMo 7 is released Imma hafta go Droid or the dread Apple. I NEED NFL and FF apps dammint

I'm waiting until my contract is up with Charter and then I am switching mostly because they don't even offer an option for NFL Network. Angry

I think even North Korea has NFL Network but not if you have Charter. I'm tired of stupid generic responses from them. I have one last response for them.[/align]

Looks like they already have a Twitter and Netflix app ready to roll.

Although VZW is apparently not carrying any WinMo 7 handsets at launch for some reason.

Since when does Charter make their customers sign a contract?? I've been with them for several years and I haven't heard of this.

Basically it's a verbal contract over the phone to agree to a specific rate to guard against it rising in the future. I believe there is an early termination clause in there.

Generally though it's a stupid game like the credit card companies do. The rate slowly increases but all you have to do is remind them they are not the only game in town and they drop the rate or add on a new package.
