RE: Singletary admits he was a poor sport at end of Falcons game
Singletary is nothing more than a class act. He got caught up in the moment. I'm not the most religious person in the bunch but he is a devout Christian and I'm sure he preaches good principles not only to his players but to his family/children. It was just one of those things where he got caught up in the moment and was extremely disappointed. I can guarantee he had an out of body moment and just wanted to get off the field as soon as possible.

For a guy who played so hard and gave 100% everytime he walked onto the field, and I'm sure he does the same as a coach being 0-4 and losing 2 games you probably should have won is extremely tough to swallow. Singletary is fine with me. It was just an out of character moment I completely understand and the fact that he recognized it makes it even more OK with me. I guarantee at the time he had no clue he didn't shake the coaches hand. He was too caught up in it.

Also this guy is coaching for his job, I am sure that entered his mind as Bryant's FG went through the uprights. No one wants to get fired on any level and IMO the whole shaking a coaches hand after the game is a BS formality. It's not something every coach should be expected to partake in.
