This is my opinion and of course I wasn't there and you were...I wanted to make sure you knew I wasn't saying you lied or embellished....I just think there could have been something in the interpretation.....my thought is he was talking about Mike Nolan....but really it wasn't the defenses fault anyway (they only gave up 1 TD in each of the last 2 QTRs....if our offense would have got a TD or AT LEAST been able to pull off 1 FG in the 3rd QTR....we would have been able to kick at the end and surely would have been in the Superbowl....so I just don't understand his statement. That is really what I was trying to say....nothing directed towards you at all......just so you know.

Abe is a professional athlete. To think he'd say something stupid to the media would be a ridiculous notion. Guy has never said anything negative to the media. Even when that event happened at 17th Avenue, he just went on about his day.

No one mentioned here the classy (exit) interview he did with Chuck and Chernoff so I will. Spoke highly of Atlanta... Complemented his team and coaches... wouldn't even bad mouth Edwards when asked about his lack of production and plans on playing somewhere next season.
