On a note I saw, it says Rivera intends to keep the 4-3....eventhough he was familiar with the 3-4....my thought is he knows that switching requires a lot more personnel change out than he is comfortable with.....with it taking him 6 years to get a head coaching job I am sure he wants to produce results quickly.....

not to mention he needs to bolster the offense, get a new QB ETC.....

If I were Rivera, I would trade out of the top 5. Maybe switch with Tennessee or Dallas and pick up a possible extra 2nd rounder. This would give them the best opportunity at a quick rebuild. I pray to God that he doesn't take Fairley, if he keeps that pick though. I'm an Auburn fan and I've seen the games. Fairley, as dirty as he can be, is friggin ridiculous. Dude is going to be a beast and very likely could be Haynesworth 2.0. I do not want that in our division whatsoever.
