Way I see it, if they can't fill in for them, they don't have the depth. Look at what happened when Norwood went down and Turner went to the sidelines, Snelling came in and dominated from the 3rd string. It's just one of those things where it is hard for the Falcons to get the respect that other teams have. Usually on ESPN or NFL network the Falcons will barely get a mention because people don't see the Falcons as a real threat. Now, the Saints are our biggest rival in the NFC and I would like to walk away with a win from a healthy Saints team rather than be given a win because they were lost at some key positions. I think some of the Falcons players would probably feel the same way but I won't attempt to speak for them. |
