Let me preface this by saying the I am a GT man through and through.

I want to congratulate the UGA football program. I know that Bulldog fans are feeling pain and really don't want to hear about moral victories. But, I want to express how truly impressed I was with the Dawgs.

That was one of the best college football games I have ever seen. Hell, it might have been the very best. It was pure football at its crystallized best. There is no question, in my mind, that both teams are superior to Notre Dame. The strategies were complex and carried out by stunningly gifted athletes. This was pure football entertainment.

As a Yellow Jacket, I am extremely envious. I wish my university would return to the days of Heisman and put the very best product on the field. I doubt I will see that kind of play on the Flats, in my lifetime. Just the same, I recognize quality and the Georgia Bulldogs are a formidable football team.

Hold your heads high. Your team represented your school very well.

Georgia's QB is a moron. Stop the clock genius then you get two shots to win. They didn't deserve to win.

ND is better than both those teams. Their D will shut down Alabama. Their backs will run all over them.

The refs didn't hand them a win. The Pittsburgh coach who decided not to run, despite averaging over six yards a carry, with the ball with 3:30 left in the game won them the game. Seriously three straight incomplete passes? The fact is they still won and winning is all that matters, right? Doesn't hurt having the top D either.

Pittsburgh was up 20-6. They stopped Notre Dame on 4th down on a clean defensive play. The refs called a phantom PI call against Pitt. ND got a touchdown on the next play and had all the momentum. Without that call Pitt gets the ball back and runs out the clock.

I disagree. Both UGA and UA are better than ND. UA has 4-5 weeks to get healthy. I really do think that they will beat the living shit out of ND. BTW, I would have felt the same about UGA.

Once again, I was very impressed by UGA's play. It's OK to feel bad about the loss, but your program just earned a boat load of respect across the nation.

You must didn't see the part where Murray was running down the field looking to the sideline where the coaches are signaling the throw down play....

He was basically asking them if he should throw it dowm and obviously the coaching staff decided against it.

Shit happens...it was a well fought game. The only thing I fault is the run defense.
