Roy Williams gets revenge on Dez Bryant

RE: Roy Williams gets revenge on Dez Bryant
Lavar Arrington hosts a radio show here in the afternoon, and he talked about this today. He was of the opinion that, regardless of how much money Bryant makes, this was nothing but his teammates taking advantage of him. He was fired up about what message any of the veterans thought they were sending. If this hurts the Cowboy's chemistry, I'm for it anyways, but I thought he made a good point.

LOL, the guy just made 8,300,000 dollars in a contract as guaranteed money, he can afford to do the big dinner like that almost every night for 5 months before he is through that money.

8,300,000
55,000

See the difference?? It is all a matter of scale.

Just be glad he spent that money making a local business happy and think of the tip that the waitstaff took home. He really will not care about the size of the bill, but he will appreciate what it means to be part of a team more. How many cars, houses, and expensive gifts do you think he bought after getting paid??

Ignorance can be educated.....Stupidity is to the bone.

That was exactly his point, that regardless of how much money Bryant makes (and remember that he still has to pay taxes, his agent, his mortgage, etc.), the veterans were taking advantage of him far beyond hazing. Allegedly, guys were loading up on bottles of wine to take home, too. His opinion was that it is wrong for guys that are supposed to have your back to do that. Still, it is the Cowboys, so it doesn't surprise me.

notgunnahappen. He was joking about it on twitter and he also bought gifts for other members of the team to go along with all of this.People blow everything that happens in Dallas out of proportion, this thread is a prime example. Roy said way back when Dez would not carry his pads that aan expensive meal was coming
Lavar should be talking about his old team and discuss how Haynesworth is taking his money and laying down and how Portis laid down at midfield to keep from taking a hit against the rams.

Especially with the pending 2011 season possibly being done away with because of the CBA.

Ha, nobody on the radio up here has any idea what to think about the Redskins!

I live right on the Virginia line, so believe me, I know that. It just seems funny hearing a former Redskin pointing a finger at what another teams players are doing.
