actually that's Matt's main problem...too much touch on the deep ball, it has no zip...it just hangs in the air for eternity, that's why, when it's not overthrown, people are constantly stopping to get it...give him another year, once he perfects that rainbow drop we'll be deadly with it. I think it was against the Browns that he fit a ball perfectly between a CB and a Safety over the top...that's the type of throw I'm talking about. he's getting better with it.

You then responded well isnt Hines Ward/Plaxico/Roddy play makers..cause we all run similar systems ..

I agree they all were .. I countered your response with saying why does our fan base feel the need to add another play maker to the system ? or say we have lack of play makers.?

Giants when they went to Super Bowl in similar system had Toomer as number 2 and Shockey at TE ..if you look at there numbers they are very similar to the likes of Jenkins and Tony G ..

I dont think he's that bad based on passing on Bryant but he's not the genius everyone makes him out to be; that's not even up for debate.

I'm glad to see this news. It's been quite obvious to some of us that Jenkins and Douglas while ok are not playmakers. Jenkins only shows up when half of our opponents defenses are swarming TG and Roddy, and he still can't have a big day. People blow his performance out of proportion simply because he's so mediocre, that when he has an average day, it looks outlandishly great. I wouldn't mind picking up Burress (Look at NY's offense before and after he left before you criticize) or Sidney Rice and an early WR in the draft from somewhere other than middlebury state community college. A proven performer. If you go gem hunting all the time you miss out on treasures that are right in your face like Clay Matthews.

I do like what TD has done for the most part but he's made some horrible mistakes that can't be swept under the rug, especially on draft day.

Easy to comprehend? Either you're very narcissistic and never passed 3rd grade English, or you didn't go back and read what you wrote because no one here had a damn clue what the fuck you were trying to get across. Plaxico Burress and Hines Ward, when they played together, had amazing years with Mularkey was the OC in Pittsburgh. We gave up more yards in that game against the Steelers in 2002 than we have in any other game in franchise history. Don't tell me the scheme doesn't work, with or without Ryan. A bunch of nonsense.

You think our offensive line is as good as the 07 with that monster running game they had that year as well? You think our defense does as much for our offense as the 07 Giants with their 3 All-Pro/HOF caliber pass rushers? You honestly think Michael Jenkins and Amani Toomer are the same type/caliber as each other.
