I just have to wonder how anyone who spells so poorly is actually given a highschool diploma. When I was in highschool it was required to pass a few English classes to graduate, and this kind of spelling inability would have gotten me a big red F on the report card.

Yeah. It's Roddy's fault that he is somewhat illiterate but it's his school's fault as well for letting him get away with it because he's an athlete. Had he not played sports at a high level I'm sure he'd probably be a little smarter when it comes to this sort of thing. It's a problem that the schools need to fix.

It's the texting age. It's the day and age, where itz kewl to type lyke dis n aint no one gonna tell em different. I personally hate the new text talk that is all over the internet. Hell even major media outlets have picked up some of the slang. For instance, instead of business, it has become Biz in some media places. It's just a new day and age.
