If you can't neg & reduce someone's rep, people like Swift will ultimately end up with positive rep, which is freaking ridiculous. Even full blown trolls can get positive rep now. That makes no sense.

I don't think the neg rating ever served a good purpose anyway. If you don't like a poster's viewpoint, state your case and move on.

Get rid of the neg option. I think it's kind of lame. Everyone is on here because they have their own opinions and want to share them with others. Everyone is entitled to that too. Just because someone doesn't agree shouldn't mean they can neg the person. Look at Swift, very few people agree with anything he says, including myself, and he's got a ton of negs. Guys just sharing his opinion.
