Thomas was drafted in the second round in the 08 draft. I NEVER start a "bring'em home TD" thread, but he's definitely worth taking a look at. Opinions...

He's definately worth looking at. 6'2" 210lbs runs a 4.4 40yd dash and got 16reps of 225. Definately a player worth looking at. If they pick him up soon, he could be playing in a week or so.

I've read that he has a poor work ethic. TG, Jenks, and Roddy could whip him in shape. He had a huge game last year against NO, so he has the ability. He reminds me of Roddy in his first 2 years.

Listening to the radio up here, it doesn't seem like anyone outside the organization knows what happened between him and Shanahan. The opinion seems to be that he got in the doghouse somehow and Shanahan took a disliking to him and that was all it took to make sure he never saw the field again.

ehh, either way you are paying him not to play, whether he's on the field not playing or in his living room not playing.
