your backup QBs should have the same style as your starting QB. Neither DJ nor VY has the same style as Matty Ice (pocket passer).

VY does need to be put in a situation where he can learn to play the position from someone like Matt. He needs an example to show him how it's done, but no 100% I do not want VY here.

Young is an immature baby who had zero leadership ability and lost the whole team in the locker room. Ability aside, you have to be able to lead a team and have the team get behind you. Qualities he does not have.
