Sure he took a pay cut in New England because he was winning, but he quit in Oakland and he quit in Minnesota when things got tough. Why have three teams wanted to trade someone of so much talent and skill? Must be his overwhelming generosity and all those championships he brings forth.

moss didnt quit in minnesota. if youre talking about when he walked off the field with 3 seconds left youre exaggerrating a lil bit. nobody played in oakland in case you didnt notice. hes a wr, they had no oline and no qb. i like the fact that randy moss doesnt give a fuck what you think about him. thats his character and id take it on our team in a heartbeat.

Seems like lately I'm starting a trend for myself of bumping topics that are a few days old. And I'm sorry, but it's a lot better than making a new thread for after-thoughts and new updates!

This trade from the Patriots side just took another turn, and it may be for the better!
I just read on the sportsnet ticker that the Pats are close to acquiring Jackson from the Chargers.

A younger receiver in the tall Vincent Jackson, with big play potential, good hands, speed, blocking ability. . A buttered down Randy Moss (IMO).

Apparently the deal with the Vikings was done because the Pats knew they were desperate and would do the deal really fast. Nobody else was even contacted. So those of you crying can relax.
