He said NFL teams are going overboard removing player images from stadiums and websites. Anyone notice this?

I went to Falcons.com and I noticed their front page was devoid of player images.

Carolina removed their roster from their website, and I think maybe Tampa did also. But I think they went back and put them up again after it got noticed.

I'm not for the players or the owners. I'm a fan, so I'm for the fans. Next thing you know the games will be PPV. I'm sick of that butt-plug Goodell anyways! I really miss Tagliabue. This would not have happened.

Richardson is the biggest dick of all the owners. If any one owner was singlehandedly responsible for the players taking this to court, it's him. The irony is he's a former player. I think he resents not having it as good as the current players do. He wasn't fortunate to have Gene Upshaw rep him.

It doesn't surprise me a bit that the Panties took the roster off.

It's happening everywhere, not just the Panthers.

Without the NFLPA, I don't think they have the rights to use player images any more. With a current lawsuit in place, it may just be a case of the NFLPA contracts being in question.

How that impacts things like Madden is an interesting question I'm not sure anyone has answered yet.

isn't the contract between team and player just between that player? i know according to the old CBA the union had to approve contracts, but doesn't each player have his own contract?

i'm wondering why the owners can't countersue for collusion and anti trust...seems the same way both ways. if the players can say, hey, the owners are trying to band together and dictate salaries and caps and such, why can't the owners say the same thing about them?

Chew on THAT, Petunia!

I think what is really crappy is the NFLPA putting pressure on 21 and 22 year old kids to not go to the NFL Draft on the biggest day of their careers to celebrate being a 1st round draft pick with their families - all because of some temporary labor squabble......

I think that is AZZ-inine.........NFLPA needs to not be such babies about crap like this.

Owners are saying "we will work it out" there "will be football this year".

Players are saying "owner's are like modern day slaveowners"

You tell me who has the crappy attitude?Dodgy
