The most noticable of these top prospect names to be a pure disappointment is that huge qb from LSU. Sadly I can't remember his name at the moment. He was a waste. I saw him play a few games and was terrible. He also faked injuries to make it look like his high pick status wasn't wasted.
Lol. I still can't think of his name. Guy sucks.

JaMarcus Russell I believe.

Anyone who knows anything about football, or has ever watched a Falcons football game will be able to tell you that Ryan is easily the best QB drafted in the last 4 years. You have to go all the way back to 2005 to find a QB who is equal to or better than Ryan.

I disagree. While I always say he is the best QB drafted in the last few years, I can't say he's EASILY the best. Especially now that Sam Bradford has hit the league. Flacco puts in quite a fight in this regard. Although, I tend to count him out because his defense does most of the work for him to win games, and Bradford was pure electric last season. He was great. Matt Ryan makes mistakes on the field, and I still say most of that is because he has too much knowledge for the game. IMO, after next season, we will probably be saying that in the past 5 years, it isn't Matt Ryan that is the best quarterback to come out of the first round of the draft, it will be Sam Bradford. Get the guy some receivers, and an alright defense, and he'll dominate.

Sam Bradford's play last year wasn't even equal to Ryan's rookie season.

Flacco has proven time after time again that he is 2nd rate compared to Ryan.

It really isn't even close.

I like Bradfords play and think he has a shot at being something special in this league, but would I trade him for the strides we have made as a franchise over the last three years....

I think not my friends.... Wink

Rise Up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
