That sucked but the hate started two years earlier:

December 24, 1978 (our first playoff appearance)
Atlanta Falcons 14

We were feeling really good about our chances. Then, this happened:
Divisional Round
December 30, 1978
Dallas Cowboys 27
Atlanta Falcons 20

Both times (1978 and 1981, but technically the 1980 playoffs) we were leading the Cowboys at the half.
I was 14 then and, as the media was all over the Cowboys' jocks in the 70s as much as they are now, have nurtured the hate for the past 32 years.
