I've been listening to Strangers Almanac by Whiskeytown a lot lately for some reason. This song is a great one.

The bass player incessantly playing that opening bass line over and over was what got us interested in doing it.

And we don't have room in the set for 2 covers -- we were playing a 45 min. set at Smith's Olde Bar, and we were already cutting a few good originals to do that one cover.
