What wide receiver on our team has to be accounted for by the other team? What wide receiver strikes a sense of fear on the other team's secondary?
I can name one. We know who that is. We gotta get another threat at WR and stick him opposite of Roddy. And yeah, I agree about the speed part. Roddy and Douglas are fast(Douglas more quick that fast), but who else really? Jenkins has straight line speed but is not agile. Gonzo ain't fast. Finn ain't fast. Snelling ain't fast. Turner ain't fast(he's the power back so it's OK really and he has more than enough speed for what we ask from him). Like you said, we gotta get some speed and some fresh talent in here like we did with the defense. And yeah, I can see us drafting a WR, OT, OG, TE, 3rd string RB in this year's draft... Invest in the trenches with high draft picks and we will see both sides of the ball vastly improve.
