Mayweather no class. Even more so in the post fight interview. Larry Merchant is a straight G for that. Didn't miss a beat, even started laughing after he said it because he realized just home lame Pretty Boy Floyd is.

The headbutt Ortiz got over aggressive hyper whatever. I wouldn't exactly call it intentional or he did it with intent to do harm but that looks bad on him as well. The kid immediately apologized. Mayweather took nothing but a flat cheap shot. No other way to spin it. Guy is grabbing your gloves, apologizing, trying to hug you, not to mention the ref is still getting the deduction of the point straight and hadn't officially broke you guys, and Ortiz is standing with his gloves down basically waiting for the ref like you are supposed to do. Way to go Floyd you proved to the whole world you can knockout a defenseless, fighter standing there like a statue. CONGRATS! We all know you don't have knockout power anyways. Ortiz was laughing at your "power" the whole fight when you were connecting. If anything the ref deserves a ton of the backlash from this. Very unprofessional job on his part.

Can't stand Mayweather but I do love for him slowly destroying his legacy day after day, or lack of a legacy. 42-0 means didly shit if he never fights Pac-Man. One of the greats? Sorry Money but you don't even sniff the top 10.

...you didn't watch the Hatton fight? if Floyd didn't have glass hands he'd have more knockouts. and the ref said he told both fighters that the fight was on...they tapped gloves and Ortiz left his hands down. watch any other fight...the reason someone doesn't get hit like that after tapping gloves, is because both fighters put their gloves up...even during the hugs Ortiz was giving, May had his hands up. this is a boxing ring...keep your hands up. if Asante doesn't get lined up properly during our game, and we call a 9 route to Roddy for a TD, is that cheap? dirty? should we do a restart? let him get set, and ask the refs if they're ready yet? make sure you're in your seat so you can watch the play? any boxer takes that opportunity. this is a fight, not soccer

The fight appeared to be fix. . . .what a fuckin' disappointment, a waste of my got dayum time when I could have been asleep, and fuck Mayweather. I cant stand him. No wonder he has no losses: his ass is cheap and only fights people he knows he can defeat. Let's see a Manny Paquaio vs Floyd "Pretty Boy Fag" Mayweather fight.

Ortiz got what he deserved. Not only with the head butt, but the guy was dirty the whole fight. When he got in close to Mayweather, he was following through with his elbows trying to catch Mayweather if he didn't hit him with his gloves. Which, fortunately for Mayweather, he was missing with both.

I thought the whole thing was funny. Ortiz was getting killed anyway.

I don't think Manny will beat Mayweather, but I sure would like to see him get the chance.

Hatton was supposed to beat Floyd. Castillo was supposed to beat Floyd. De La Hoya was supposed to beat Floyd. Ortiz is a bum, but probably a warm-up for Floyd for Manny...if you think Manny and his company isn't apart of this stall on the fight, you're crazy though. the promoter for Manny is the same guy Floyd left to start his own promotion company, he hasn't fought a fighter out of that camp since he's left because dude tries to rob Floyd on the money side. they're gonna fight though...that'll be the biggest fight since...wow...probably Tyson/Holyfield, just too much money on the table to leave. and it's a product of both sides continuously hyping this up. Manny's last fight before he does his political shit, probably Floyd's last stand for a perfect record...expect a fight in 2012.

Sorry but if I got hit with a cheap shot headbutt, I'd be pissed off too, and I'd knock the mother fucker out if he wasn't looking too.

I love Mayweather. Dude is awesome. I think he did what he should have done. Don't let a guy cheap shot you then apologize to you and rub it off. That's messed up! The bells never rung, don't let your guard down. That's one of the first rules of boxing, if the bell hasn't rang yet, then you keep your guard up and keep fighting.

I don't. He asked and I answered his question, but that was a waste of time. First boxing match I have ever watched and it was a fuckin' disappointment. They did all of this build up for 15 minutes of nothingness

It was an entertaining fight. The headbutt, subsequent stoppage and point deduction, then the obvious KO off the break while the ref is looking out ringside; it makes me wonder how people who actually paid to see the fight feel. I dont keep up with boxing as much as MMA but I cant help thinking......I would be pissed if I attended and saw these shenanigans.

It always sucks knowing a fighter intentionally breaks the rules. Both these guys did so in this fight and the post fight interviews, or the pre-fight hype, do not make up for that. I suppose we will see more news about Floyd and Pacman in the coming months.
