Reputation
I have a couple of questions. How do you give someone a reputation point?

We got rid of the negative option because it was becoming a source of conflict between some of the members. Guys would just neg each other endlessly and then ask the mods to sort it out. just in case you don't know, you can click your own reputation in your profile and see who's gave you a plus and the post they plussed you for.
