So then the assumption is that he can come here and take good to great? I hope so, but honestly the transition from shit to average is much MUCH easier than the transition from good to great. The last 4 years prove that. We ramped up to good in a hurry but haven't even come close to breaking through, so unless Koetter is the difference maker and I see no indication that he is, we shouldn't expect much different results than what we've been seeing.

the talent disparity between the jags offense and the falcons offense blows my mind. mjd went from good to great.
